The Disney Vacation Club is Disney's version of timeshare. With your Disney Vacation purchase from The Timeshare Store, Inc. ® your points can be used for accommodations at DVC resorts, as well as for the RCI® exchanges, Club Cordial and Club Intrawest. We work with Disney Vacation Club owners looking to sell or rent their points and clients who are looking to save money by not buying or renting directly from Disney.
All transactions below involve three costs. The purchase price, closing costs and annual dues.
Closing costs run from $322 to $825 (if sales price more than $40,501, ask associate). Closing costs include a title search, estopple information from DVC that shows any outstanding liens, and deed recording. Any outstanding monies owed by the seller will be paid from his/her proceeds. Disney has the first right of refusal on all contracts.
The approximate annual dues per point for 2013 at each resort are: Bay Lake Tower $4.50, Grand Californian $4.58, Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas $4.77(Subsidized), $6.25, Saratoga Springs $4.81, Old Key West $5.34, Animal Kingdom $5.67, Beach Club Villas $5.65, Wilderness Lodge $5.79, Boardwalk Villas $5.84, Hilton Head $6.02 and Vero Beach $7.41. All include real estate taxes. If a buyer is getting points (regular points) for the current use year (2013) they are purchasing they will be responsible for the annual dues on those points (unless the seller has the property advertised as no annual dues until 2014). The buyer will pay those dues in one lump sum at the time of closing and that will cover their annual dues until January 2014. In 2014 the buyer will have the option of paying them in one lump sum or monthly with Disney. If the buyer is not getting points until the 2014 use year then they would not have any dues until then.
Once a sales price has been accepted by the seller and all parties have signed the sales agreement, it has to be submitted to Disney. They have the right to purchase at the offered price. They won’t let anyone steal one, so keep your offers reasonable. The following point packages are priced fairly. However, please feel free to make an offer!

We receive about 130 to 150 new DVC listings every month. The e-mail is sent out about 3 to 4 times a week when the new listings become available.
